Qtel shall select Qatari students who meet the requirement to undergo diploma programs or Universities Degrees in the institutions accredited by the Supreme Council of Education, within Qatar.
All education cost for the academic program will be covered by Qtel, including a monthly stipend.

Scholarship scheme
- Qtel shall select Qatari students who are interested in this scheme. They are required to obtain their own placement in overseas academic institution.
- Qtel shall sponsor student to pursue university degree program or master degree program within or outside Qatar depending on the need.
The Eligibility Criteria
- Qatari National.
- Holds a valid educational certificate, as follows:
- For Diploma,Secondary school score: 70% in science stream or 75% in other streams.
- For Bachelor degree,Secondary school score: 80% science stream and 85% other streams.
- Below 25 years of age for undergraduate studies.
- Candidates should have cleared the required medical check-up.
- Achieve a TOEFL score or equivalent as per the educational institution.
All students accepted for the sponsorship program shall be awarded a monthly stipend.
