To call internationally from your Shahry Pay Monthly service use the international codes 00 or + followed by the full international number that you wish to call.

Can I send MMS internationally?
MMS can be sent to international mobiles and email addresses.
To send MMS to an international mobile number, ensure that the recipient is in a country that supports international MMS using this table and address the message using the phone number in its international format by adding 00 or + with the country code . To send MMS to an email address just enter the email address of the intended recipient as if you were using your email program.

I do not understand how international calls are charged. Can someone please help me?
Qtel charges international mobile calls using the applicable international call rate. The call rates are different for peak and off peak periods. Peak period for an International Call is from 7 am to 7 am (Saturday to Thursday) and Off-Peak period is from 7 pm to 7 am (Saturday to Thursday, and all day on Friday).
