This program
allows our customers to earn Qmiles based on
their payment amounts to Qtel as long as they’re
currently Qatar Airways’ Privilege Club member.
Only Individual Shahry Pay Monthly customers can apply for this program. All registered services should be under the individual applicant name. Company accounts are not eligible for this program.
Hala customers
who wish to benefit, can transfer their service
to Shahry for FREE.
To register in
this free program, make sure to call from your
mobile or home phone number. Call 114 for free
and then enter your ID number and
then
your Qatar
Airways privilege club num
Once you register
from your mobile/landline number, all other
services and accounts will be registered
automatically against your privilege club
number.
Once the
registration process is completed you will
receive an SMS message confirming that
registration is complete.
The Qmiles awards
depend on the monthly payment amounts made to
Qtel. For a monthly payment in excess of QR
1000, 1Qmile will be received for every QR4 and
for a monthly payment amount ranging from QR501
to QR1000, 1 Qmile will be received for every
QR6 and for a monthly payment amount ranging
from QR200 to QR500, 1Qmile will be received for
every QR8.
The Qtel services
should be under your name, otherwise you should
transfer ownership to your name before
registering into the program.
If the privilege
club number was changed, Qmiles accumulation
will continue on the last privilege club number
registered in the program.
Qmiles
accumulation will show on the bill of the mobile
or home phone number that you registered from.
If you have more than one phone number and you
amend your privilege club number using a
different phone from the one used in the initial
registration, then Qmiles accumulation will show
on the bill of the number that was used to amend
the privilege club number.
It is Qatar
Airway’s responsibility to update customers’
Privilege Club account number.
If you terminate
your phone service that you called from to
register in this program, your registration will be automatically terminated and so would the membership data.
Moreover, if you
terminate your phone service before the end of
the month, you will be deprived from the accrued
Qmiles.
Earned miles will
be communicated periodically to members through
their monthly bill and SMS.
This program is unlimited in respect to both duration and validity.
