How can I subscribe to this option? |

Standard Shahry customers: can add the "Yearly Subscription" option by calling 111.

For Hala customers: you have to visit any of Qtel shops and request switching to Standard Shahry with adding the "Yearly Subscription" option to it.

For new customers: you have to visit any of Qtel shops, buy a Standard Shahry service and request adding the "Yearly Subscription" option.

What happens if I want to
deactivate my Standard Shahry before the end of year? |

You
can enter & exit freely from the 'Yearly Subscription' option with no extra
liabilities or penalties.

If
you want to migrate or disconnect the service before the end of the year, you will
be refunded the difference between the period you stayed (charged according to the normal Monthly subscription rates) and the paid yearly fees.

Ex: a customer requested ceasing his line in month 5, he
will be refunded QR 50:
"QR 300 (yearly rental paid) - [5 (# of months used) x QR 50 (standard monthly fee) ] = QR 50"

How am I going to be billed? |

new customers; in the first coming bill you will be billed (QR 50 X 12 X 50%
discount) QR300, as well as the Standard Shahry connection fee (QR 50) & Starting the second bill you will enjoy a full year rent
free.
