15. Why has the validity for top-ups over QR50 been amended from previous top-ups?
| - |
With the possibility of accumulating validity with every top-up, you are now better in control of your spending and don't have to worry about the maximum validity that you can afford through a single top-up. Just top-up whenever you need and your new validity gets added to the remaining balance. So with couple of top-ups, your balance can easily add up to 365 days and with the 4 months reconnect period, this will provide you over one year period where you don't have to worry about your line validity expiration date.
| - |
What more, with any top-up over QR50, you get FREE extra credit.
16. Why can't I anymore buy one year validity for QR180?

We don't want you to pay extra for something that you can get automatically based on your daily usage.
| - |
Just top-up with what you need and based on single top-up amounts your validity will accumulate up to 365 days. Pay for the credit you want to use and not for validity days.
| - |
E.g. top-up eight times with QR50 within one month and you will accumulate the maximum validity (365 days). What more, you'll receive additional QR24 FREE credit (QR3 per each top-up).
