FIBER CABLING CONTRACTORS

Any local Contractors interested in Supply & installation of fiber cabling works for Qtel.  

 MANDATORY DOCUMENTS :

• The Fiber Cabling Contractor form to be filled and submitted (Provided Below)


• Categorization form to filled and submitted (Provided Below).


• A copy of your companies Commercial Registration


• Qtel Terms & Conditions (Available when you click on the Continue button below).


• Your companies Business Profile


• Copy of your companies last annual report


• A copy of your companies last balance sheet, audited if applicable


• Details of any significant changes in the status of the company's financial affairs since the above report was prepared


• List of names, titles of staff including labor force which shall be certified by the government, civil services bureau/ labor department


• List of projects completed during the last five years


• List of plant and machinery attested by the traffic department


• Central Tender committee certification ( if available)

PROCESS :

• The above mentioned documents should be delivered to :

• Contractors have to print and fill the Fiber Cabling & Categorization form provided below and then click on the Continue button, next print & sign the Terms & conditions form and then complete the final form online and click on the Register button in the last page.


• Registrations will be reviewed and contractors will be notified of the out come within 30 working days.


• The Supplier Administrator will approve or reject the registration based on the Supplier Registration Committee's Recommendations.


• The approved contractor will receive an email notification with his user name and password, after which, he has to log in and update his full company profile. Contractors who have been rejected will also receive an email from the system informing them their request has been rejected.


• Approved contractors will have to complete the training and certification course conducted by Qtel.


• Completing the registration process does not guarantee your company will receive a request to bid or a contract from Qatar Telecom, nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship, either now or in the future, until Qatar Telecom has a requirement and invites you to participate in our procurement process.
