- What are Star Services (VAS)?
- Star Service is three services in
one; Call Waiting, International Call Control and Conference Calling
service.
Call Waiting After adding the service you can temporarily stop it by pressing #14
on the phone and then to reactivate press *14
Conference Calling Dial party A from your Landline telephone.
- When party A answers, tap the call termination button on your
Landline telephone. (The call termination button is the button your
handset rests on when the phone is not being used.) Do not hold down
this button as this will terminate the call! - Dial party B. - Once party B answers, press 3.
International Call Control After the service is activated you should choose secret number and
enter it by pressing ** then 15, then secret number twice. Example:
**15XXXXXXXX To bar international calls you should press *15XXXX where XXXX is
secret number, that consists of four different digits. If you want to deactivate service you should press *15XXXX To change the secret number press **15 old secret number then new
secret number. Example: *15XXXXYYYY
- How do I use Call Forward (Follow Me)?

Dial *11 followed by the number you want to divert your phone
to. - To cancel the service, dial #11. - When activated, you will pay your standard call cost for
diverting calls to another number.

package saves you money if you require a Home Phone (Landline),
Shahry Pay Monthly service and a Home Broadband (ADSL) connectionHow
can I subscribe to the Package?
- If you have already the 3 services under different accounts, the 3
services will be moved under one account and the residential package
rate will be applied
I am a new customer, how can I subscribe to this service?
- If you are a new customer you can subscribe to the package
directly & get the 3 services
- You will need to submit your ID as well as filling the Qtel
Residential Package application form at any of Qtel customer service
centers
- Standard connection fees of the services apply
I am an existing Qtel customer but I am only subscribed to 1/ 2 of
the services, how can I subscribe to this Package ?
- If you have 1 or 2 of the services already, you need to fill the Qtel Residential Package application form
- Your existing services will be moved under one account & the
missing service/services will be added under the same account
- Standard connection fee of the added missing service/services
