• Dawli International Card gives you low calling rates, flexibility and convenience all in one!
• Dawli cards can be used from any Qtel mobile or landline.
• Dawli International Cards are available in QR. 10, 25, 30, 50 and 75 denominations in all Qtel shops and authorized dealers.
• Now a Special promotional tariff to MENA and Asia on QR 25 and 75 denomination cards till 22^nd March 2010
  • Call at QR 0.45/min all day to countries within the MENA and ASIA from the respective cards during the promotional period.
  • No Call setup fee during the promotional period.
  • Call to 2002 for free from all Qtel phones.
  • Calls to countries outside MENA and ASIA respectively will be charged at QR 2/min all day.
  • Countries listed in:
    • MENA: Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan, Iran, Iraq, Algeria, Libya, Mauritania, Somalia and Djibouti
    • ASIA: India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia, HongKong, Brunei, Maldives, Macao, Bhutan, Mongolia, Laos and Diego Garcia
            
• Now with Card linking and Redial Features: With these features, calling through Dawli cards has become more convenient. Save time by using these features:
  • Card Linking: Enables you to link a Phone with Card Number. You will not have to enter the Card Number each time you call.
  • Redial: Lets you to call the last dialed number without entering the destination number all over again.

The above rates on QR 10, 30 and 50 cards do not apply to the following countries:

• Sao Tome and Principe, St Helena, Cuba, Diego Garcia, Australian Exterior Territories, Nauru, Wallis & Futuna Islands are charged at QR 3.76 per minute during peak hours and QR 2.96 per minute off peak hours.
• Greenland is charged at QR 1.75 per minute during peak hours and QR 1.25 per minute off peak hours.
• East Timor is charged at QR 1.50 per minute during peak hours and QR 1.00 per minute off peak hours.

How are you charged?

• Peak rates applies from 7am to 7pm on an all week days (Saturday to Thursday) & Off-Peak rate applies from 7pm to 7am on all week days, and all day on Friday.
• Dawli MENA and Dawli Asia tariff remains unchanged all day during the promotional period on all days. You will be charged QR 0.45/min all day if you call Egypt from a Dawli MENA card. However if you call any other country outside MENA eg UK from the same card, you will be charged QR 2/min all day. The same applies to calls from Dawli Asia Card.
• Call set up fee will not be charged on Dawli Cards during the promotional period starting 22^nd Nov 09 upto 22^nd March 10.
• Calling access number 2002 from your mobile will be free during the promotional period , starting 22^nd Nov 09 upto 22^nd March 10.
